It is outlined in the first post that the staff list was amongst the things that were removed in the update

Removed staff list
Was redundant and it had to be manually updated. We won't be having a staff list on the forum going forward, so add staff to your Buddy Lists (see below) if you wish to have quick access to staff members.
I believe it's SMF 2.0. That's the reason why it was removed.
